    Man sentenced for role in assault on Oklahoma City police officer

    OKLAHOMA CITY - A Newcastle man was sentenced Friday to 15 years in prison for his role in an assault that left an Oklahoma City police officer partially paralyzed.

    Cadmio Antonio Lopez, 32, also must serve 15 years on probation after he is released from prison.
